Write the prescription in the doctor portal. It appears in the patient's record and can be printed with your clinic's name.

Can I do video consultations with eMedics Pro?
Yes. Patients book a video visit, pay the fee online, and the join button appears in their patient portal once the payment is confirmed. The doctor joins from the doctor portal. It works on a phone or a computer, with nothing to install.
Which payment methods do patients get?
Online payments go through PayFast, so patients can pay by debit or credit card, JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account. For in-clinic visits you can also take payment at the counter.
Do patients need to download an app?
No. Patients book and join video visits from the browser on their phone. They get an email with a link to their own patient portal. Android and iPhone apps are in development for patients and doctors who prefer an app.
How much does it cost?
