What is eMedics Pro?
eMedics Pro is clinic software for doctors, clinics and hospitals in Pakistan. Patients book online, choose an in-clinic or video visit and pay online; doctors see their schedule and patient history and write prescriptions; the clinic manages doctors, attendance and payments from one admin panel.
Do patients need to download an app?
No. Patients book and join video visits from the browser on their phone. They get an email with a link to their own patient portal. Android and iPhone apps are in development for patients and doctors who prefer an app.
How long does setup take?
We set up your clinic, doctors, timings and fees for you. Once we have your doctors' names, timings and fees, setup usually takes a few days.
Is it only for big hospitals?
No. It works for a single doctor doing online consultations, a small clinic with a few doctors, and hospitals with many departments and branches. You switch on the parts you need.
