This policy covers this website, emedicspro.softkare.tech, run by SoftKare. It explains what we collect when you contact us. Patient data inside the eMedics Pro app is handled under the agreement with each clinic.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email, your clinic or hospital's name, type, city, number of doctors, and your message. When you message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and the messages you send.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to you, arrange a demo and send you a quote for eMedics Pro. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we are in touch about eMedics Pro, and delete it within 12 months if you don't become a customer. Ask us at any time and we'll delete it sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. If we turn on visitor statistics, they count page views in aggregate and do not identify you.
